Tzav HaSha’a for Israel Association (R.A.) 580785202 is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of soldiers and reservists.

In this statement, our goal is to improve usability and enhance our service with respect to accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.

Our accessibility adjustments were carried out in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, to AA level, subject to the changes and adaptations made in the Israeli Standard document.
The accessibility adjustments were tested in the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge.

Accessibility Features Available on the Website:

  • Website content is written in clear language and uses readable fonts.

  • Accessibility improvements for menus, forms and fields, heading hierarchy, tab components, pop-ups, and more.

Display Adjustments on the Website:

  • You can enlarge or reduce the website display by pressing the CTRL key together with the mouse wheel, or by pressing CTRL + "+" to zoom in, and CTRL + "-" to zoom out. Each press increases or decreases the display by 10%.
  • Font size can be changed using the accessibility menu available on the website.
  • Visitors who do not have a mouse or cannot use a mouse can navigate the website features by pressing the TAB key. Each press moves the cursor to the next option on the website.
    Pressing Enter activates the link or element currently selected.
  • The website does not include flashing, flickering, or moving content. Where such content exists, it can be stopped by hovering and clicking with the mouse, or by navigating to it using TAB and pressing Enter.

Accessibility Support for Users with Visual and Hearing Impairments:

  • Basic screen magnification (resolution) tools.
  • Voice recognition software.
  • Built-in voice recognition packages in operating systems.

The website management does everything possible to ensure that all displayed pages are accessible. However, some pages may not yet be fully accessible, or a suitable technological solution has not yet been found. In addition, accessibility may be incomplete or insufficient in external advertisements inserted by third-party businesses advertising on the website.
